All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

Because every item in our store is made to order and printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    •    Incorrect size selected at checkout

    •    Change of mind after purchase

    •    Minor color variations between screen displays and printed products
We encourage you to carefully review our size charts before placing your order.

When We Will Make It Right

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives:
    •    Damaged or defective

    •    With a misprint, fading, or print quality issue

    •    Incorrect item sent (wrong product or design)

    •    Item lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery after 20 business days)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
    1    Your order number
    2    A clear photo of the issue
